  • My package still hasn't arrived!

    Delivery times may vary for each European country.

    First check the status of your parcel using the tracking number you received on your email when you purchased your products.

    Tracking numbers are generated and sent within the same day of purchase (usually in the evening).

    But if you haven’t received any tracking number or something went wrong with the delivery contact us on ahoy@captainmin.com.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! Free shipping is available for all purchases above 49.99€.

  • My package was damaged during transport!

    If your products were damaged during transport please make a photo of the damaged carton box, products and send it to us via email so we forward them to the shipping company.

    Meanwhile we will send you a new products, free of charge of course.
